Crone School
Crone School is a space for perimenopausal women (or future perimenopausal, or full-on menopausal women) where we explore all the weirdness of our second puberty. We will settle into the business of becoming badass Crones who don't give a f*ck for the conventional.
We will meet each Sunday for four weeks, and each will focus on a common perimenopausal theme: Sensation, Smarts, Sex, and Sleep. Each meeting will feature study, support, and movement -- something for us to read and talk about, a space to share our needs/concerns/ideas, and a bit of moving our bodies with love and attention.
Note: Crone School is a space for support and sharing. We do not offer medical advice, and Crone School should not be used as a substitute for informed medical care.
Presented by Malik Turley and Rebecca Sturgeon
$80 for 4 weeks, Sundays, 11-1, Central Time

Tai Chi with Michael McGinn
Michael McGinn says: “My hope and intention is to promote greater trust in our intuition, imagination and deepest natural sense of balance and well-being.
I’ve had a passionate relationship with movement ever since I can remember, before I knew how to name it. I’ve danced, played sports, practiced yoga, wrestled and studied various martial arts, informally and formally working mind-body-spirit movement into a way of life.”
